The Role:

As a Sales Engagement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients.

You will call WARM leads outbound from our database of more than 20,000 (and growing) phone numbers.

The job is simple - DIAL, speak to people who want help and follow a 3-10 minute script. Then REPEAT.

By leveraging Empowered Man’s strategic marketing efforts, your role as a Sales Engagement Specialist is to follow up with these leads, qualify them and ensure they are a good fit for the sales team.

You will be working hand-in-hand with our top closers, who will be laying the finishing touches on the “sale” (we don't call them sales - we call them LIVES CHANGED)

Your ability to build genuine relationships, understand client needs, and communicate Empowered Man’s value proposition will be instrumental in achieving team goals.

- Sales, Call Centre, Admin, OR coaching EXPERIENCE IS 100% NECESSARY.
- You must be GREAT at WRITTEN and SPOKEN ENGLISH - this is ESSENTIAL.

- You must be available full-time Monday to Friday (weekends are a massive bonus)

Your Responsibilities:

- Outbound Lead Generation: Leverage warm calling, email campaigns, and social media to connect with prospective clients.

- Personalised Communication: Craft tailored messaging that addresses specific client needs and challenges.

- Lead Qualification: Assess interest, budget, and fit to ensure alignment with Empowered Man’s solutions.

- Appointment Scheduling: Set up high-quality meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.

- Relationship Building: Build and nurture meaningful connections to keep leads engaged throughout the pipeline.

- Data Management: Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the CRM system for transparency and tracking.

- Performance Reporting: Generate insightful reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to guide strategy.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and regularly train to enhance skills.

- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet performance metrics, including a target of 150 dials per day and conversion goals.
