**Responsibilities**
- Sales communicating with customers via phone,

- Processing service requests and coordinating with technicians
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining records and working with the CRM system
**Requirements**
- English proficiency at C1 level
- At least 3 years of experience in customer support (preferably in the service industry)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections
- English level B2 or higher
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and messengers
- Stress resistance, attention to detail, and customer focus
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the household appliance repair industry
