Position Overview

The Sales Director will drive revenue growth, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and oversee the sales team to ensure Vision Studios continues to exceed client expectations. This leadership role is perfect for a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for the creative industry and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand client base.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team success.
• Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use insights to refine sales approaches and offerings.
• Performance Metrics: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
• Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the creative, media, or events industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Passion for photography, videography, and the creative industry is a plus.
