Position Description:
1. Lead Qualification and Routing
Schedule and qualify meetings team building inbound leads for the account executives.
Rapidly call all leads within 2 hours of lead creation, with an estimated 60-100 leads per day.
Qualify leads during calls and route them to the proper channels or AE's calendar.

2. Inbound Call and Chat Funnels
Manage all inbound corporate sales line calls, drift chats, and live transfers.
Book meetings for AEs for leads meeting qualification criteria and reroute others as needed.
3. Post-Event Engagement
Engage customers post-event for repeat/referral opportunities.
Call and enroll all customers post-event to provide guidance on repeat/referral offerings and gather event feedback.
Identify high-potential markets/companies/groups interested in our Partnership or Referral programs
.
4. Conferences/Conventions
Conduct outbound activity to research annual conferences for LR attendance and partnerships.
Identify conferences that can integrate our platform into their itinerary/experience.
Organize logistics for those attending conferences, including creating working documents and presenting top picks to DOS.
5. Post-Purchase Repeat
Collaborate with outbound Account Executives to develop a strategy for identifying high-value leads.
Identify markets/companies/groups with a high potential interest in our offerings.
Competencies & Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills/accent is a MUST - we will filter all applicants from the video interview step.
1-2 years of SDR experience or sales with a CRM (SDR experience preferred)
Proven proficiency in navigating Hubspot (tasks, contacts, deals)
Excellent ability to have phone calls and experience
Excellent written communication skills and ability to write
Ability to connect with our customers
Positive and buoyant attitude.
Proficient in multi-channel sales playbooks using HubSpot or another CRM.
Coachable and a team player.
Keen ear for identifying qualified and unqualified leads.
Ability to do video calls is nice to have but not required
