About The Role
As an SDR at Engage, you’ll play a critical role in cold calling potential clients, introducing them to our platform, and live-transferring hot opportunities to our Account Executives (AEs). Your success will be measured by how many of your generated opportunities convert into closed deals.
???? Top SDRs typically generate 15-25 closed deals per month!
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 500 outbound calls per day via a power dialer
Live transfer at least 2 qualified leads per day to our Account Executive team
Consistently generate high-quality opportunities that convert into closed deals
Work alongside AEs to maximize conversions and exceed sales targets
Build rapport and maintain strong communication with potential clients
Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in our CRM
Qualifications
? Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
? 3-5+ years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales roles)
? Proven track record of exceeding quotas (consistent top 10% performer)
? Experience in cold calling & outbound sales
? Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships with clients
? Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
? Startup experience is a plus!

Compensation & Earning Potential
???? $6/hour USD base pay
???? Performance-based commission: Earn $50 - $1,000+ per month
Typical earnings range: $200 - $750/month with good to great performance
