We’re looking for a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with local businesses about our cybersecurity services. This role is ideal for someone with experience in cold calling and appointment setting, with a talent for building genuine connections over the phone. You’ll reach out to businesses across various industries, inviting them to our cyber briefings, webinars, and events. The goal? Secure quality appointments and fill event spots to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Contact local businesses to introduce them to our events, including cyber briefings and webinars, and set up initial appointments for our CEO, John Hansman.
- Event Promotion: Drive interest and awareness to encourage attendance at our events.
- Appointment Setting: Identify genuine interest, handle objections effectively, and schedule appointments that align with our team’s goals.
- Skill Development: Participate in regular team meetings to refine techniques, improve approach, and stay updated on best practices.

Team Support we give:
- Daily Morning Huddles: Short check-ins focused on skill-building and daily goals.
- Weekly Focus Group: In-depth session on appointment setting and team alignment.
- Sales Team Update: Quick weekly update to stay connected with team progress.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven success in cold calling, appointment setting, and lead conversion; B2B experience is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Natural American accent with a personable, approachable style that builds rapport quickly.
- Personable & Goal-Oriented: Enjoys engaging with people, is naturally organized, and motivated to hit weekly targets.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Skilled in handling objections calmly and redirecting conversations to drive value and secure appointments.
