Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial cold call introductions to follow-ups and closing deals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys overcoming objections, and is motivated by success and commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.

Introduce SalesGator’s services and generate interest in our website and SEO marketing solutions.

Handle follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Overcome objections and persistently work towards closing deals.

Meet and exceed sales targets to maximize commission potential.

Qualifications & Skills:

Sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred) – especially in cold calling, B2C or B2B sales.

Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Resilient mindset – ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and eager to succeed.

Basic understanding of websites and SEO marketing (a plus, but not required).
