Eminence Project Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will be pivotal in driving our company’s growth by converting introductory calls into sales calls and effectively managing our sales pipeline. You will represent our company, embodying our values and professionalism in every interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule introductory and demo calls.
• Convert introductory calls to scheduled sales calls, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining engagement.
• Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all prospects receive timely follow-ups.
• Send text messages and maintain consistent communication with all leads through our CRM to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Utilize Go High Level (GHL) CRM to track interactions, update client information, and manage schedules.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions, embodying the company’s values and enhancing brand reputation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong familiarity with Go High Level CRM; candidates must have hands-on experience.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and able to present our solutions clearly.
• Ability to manage and organize a pipeline with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor, representing our company effectively to all stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with a clear, understandable accent.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the construction sector is highly preferred, understanding industry challenges and client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

• This position is remote.
