Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, promote event tickets, and drive sales. Additionally, SDRs may schedule discovery calls for potential clients who are interested in learning more about our ticketing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell event tickets.
Engage with prospects, highlight the benefits of upcoming events, and create excitement.
Handle objections professionally and persuasively to close sales.
Schedule discovery calls for potential clients who are interested in learning more about our services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and emails to maximize conversions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Passion for live events, concerts, sports, or entertainment is a bonus.
