Sales Development Representative (SDR)
I’m a business owner looking to hire a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Who I’m looking for
- Proficient English Speaker (comfortable speaking, writing, reading)
- 2+ years experience working remotely as a SDR for a U.S.-based company
- Strong at using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, Google Calendar
- Available to work U.S. MST business hours. 8am - 4:30pm MST Monday - Friday
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Represent our company’s products and services
- Leading consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
- Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, and
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and our CEO and President.
