The Role: Sales Development Representative
This is a full-remote, commission-focused opportunity ideally suited for a driven professional who excels at self-management, prospecting, and closing deals. Initially, this role is commission-only with high earning potential-our packages range from $200 to $1500 per month, meaning you can earn up to $1500 USD per closed deal. After a probationary period in which you meet primary KPIs focused on closed deals, you will transition to a compensation structure that includes a base salary (in the range of $300 - $500/month) to provide financial stability as you continue to build your pipeline.

Compensation & Earning Potential
- Commission Structure: Earn up to 100% of the initial month’s fee on closed contracts.
- Warm Leads: For deals where our team steps in to close the deal from warm leads, receive a commission ranging from 25% to 50% of the first month’s fees.
- Probationary Period & Base Salary: Upon meeting the primary KPI of closed deals during the probationary period, which is 3 - 6 months dependent on performance, you will become eligible for an additional base salary.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Research, identify, and directly contact decision-makers across various industries.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-up.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of all communications using your preferred CRM tool - feel free to choose the CRM that best supports your workflow (subject to management approval).
- Closing Deals: Convert leads into closed deals by managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement.

Who You Are
- A confident communicator capable of engaging US business professionals in English, both in writing and orally.
- A seasoned tech sales expert with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the web design and development space.
- Highly organized and responsive, with proven success in lead generation and closing deals.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, with the autonomy to select the tools that enhance your productivity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Primary KPI: The number of closed deals and the monthly revenue they generate.
- Additional KPIs:
- Conversion rate from initial contact to qualified lead.
- Volume and quality of warm leads generated.
- Average deal size.
- Pipeline velocity - how quickly leads move through the sales funnel.
- Daily/weekly activity metrics (calls, emails, follow-ups) and meticulous CRM documentation.
