JOB OVERVIEW

Niluma Media is looking for sales experts with a track record of closing deals for high-ticket services ($1,000 or more)

This role is responsible for finding, contacting, qualifying inbound + outbound leads, and closing deals for Niluma Media services. The selected individual will be Salaried and have UNLIMITED commission + bonus potential and the opportunity to move up within the company quickly based on performance.

*What you’ll do
Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
Qualify leads via an initial Discovery Call
Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until DEMO appointments are set for Team
Potentially conduct the DEMO yourself and close the full deal yourself depending on the lead
Manage Niluma leads in Client CRM

*Requirements
Must be fluent in English (do not apply if you are not fluent)
Must show a proven track record of successful closings
Must provide 1 reference company we can contact to confirm your experience
Above All - Fast Wifi & a Good Computer
Availability - Monday to Friday (Possibly weekends)
Able and willing to work between 9am-5pm Eastern Time
Positive attitude -- you see client dissatisfaction as an opportunity, not a burden
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.

lf-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills
At least a basic knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals, with a keen interest in learning more
Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control
Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks
Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become a full-blown fire.

*Required Experience
3+ years of sales experience WITH proven track record
Working Knowledge of Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram
Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Zoom, etc.

*Compensation:
If you Book a Demo Call: Salary + Commission/Bonus Based: $10 per booked/showed up appointments + 5% of each deal closed - YOU find a great lead, YOU get compensated.

If you Close a Deal from a Demo Call: Salary + Commission/Bonus Based: 15% of each deal - YOU close, YOU get paid.

You are paid for your time, appointments booked, and also closed deals.

Example: 100 Contacts Per Day > 5% Book Rate = 5 Appointments per Week > 1 Deal Closed = $250+ per week on average

Potential Earnings: $1,000 per month
