We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in lead generation and proficiency in GoHighLevel to join our dynamic sales team for a full-time role. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and nurturing potential clients to generate high-quality leads. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities and contributing to the overall success of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective clients using multiple channels, including social media,
Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls,
Qualification: Qualify leads to determine their fit for our offerings, ensuring that prospects meet our ideal customer profile.
CRM Management: Use GoHighLevel to manage lead details, track interactions, and set follow-up tasks to maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Follow-up and Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with leads through automated workflows and personalized outreach to guide them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team to share insights, improve lead quality, and enhance outreach strategies.
Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including outreach activities, lead conversion rates, and overall pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
Experience with GoHighLevel: Proven experience using GoHighLevel to manage leads, automate workflows, and track progress. At least 1 year of experience is required.
Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and engage effectively with prospects.
Lead Generation: At least 2 years of experience with lead generation techniques, cold outreach, and qualification processes.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet or exceed targets.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of outreach and maintain accurate CRM records.
