JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing vending machine business seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads and secure new vending locations. This role involves business development through cold calling and sales outreach to connect with decision-makers at office buildings, schools, and other potential business locations to introduce our vending services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold calling and sales outreach to promote and sell our vending machine services
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads based on business interest and needs
- Maintaining an organized CRM log in HubSpot with detailed call notes and feedback
- Handling objections and overcoming barriers to secure quality leads and appointments
- Collaborating on or developing cold-calling scripts and sales approaches
- Passing qualified leads and scheduled appointments to our team for follow-up and engagement
Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), Cold Caller, or in telemarketing roles, ideally with lead generation experience
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM to manage and track leads, call logs, and follow-up schedules
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities
- Strong organizational skills for managing call logs, lead qualification, and follow-up tasks
- A positive attitude, persistence, and high motivation for generating leads and sales appointments
- Reliable internet and phone connection for remote work

Compensation (Commission-Only):

This role is fully commission-based, with high-value payouts to reward key milestones:

- Qualified Lead Bonus: $5 per qualified lead
Definition: A lead is "qualified" if we obtain the prospect’s email address, indicating initial interest.

- Appointment Setting Bonus: $100 per confirmed sales appointment
Definition: An appointment is considered confirmed when it’s scheduled with a decision-maker and acknowledged by both the SDR and the prospect.

- Location Acquisition Bonus: $250 per secured vending location
Definition: This bonus is awarded when an agreement is reached to place our vending machines at the prospect’s site.
