JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is crucial in driving business growth by identifying potential leads, conducting market research, performing cold outreach, and booking high-quality discovery calls for our sales team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research to identify ideal customer profiles and potential leads across targeted industries and regions.
-Build and maintain a prospect database using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
-Initiate cold outreach via email, phone calls, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to generate interest in our services.
-Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and set up discovery calls for the sales or business development team.
-Follow up with leads and handle initial objections professionally.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and communications.
-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
-Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as number of outreach attempts, discovery calls booked, and conversion rates.
-Develop and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
-Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Preferred Qualifications:
-1+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales, lead generation, or a related role (preferred, but not required if you're a fast learner).
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Ability to build productive business relationships.
-Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
-Proven ability to perform cold outreach and engage with prospects professionally.
-Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) is a plus.
-Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
-Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
-Knowledge or interest in Facebook/Instagram advertising, email & text marketing,lead generation funnels, and cold outreach is an asset.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
-Ability to work during Eastern and Pacific Time Zone is a necessity.
