Proactively research and identify potential clients in the U.S. market through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
Initiate contact with U.S.-based prospects via phone calls,
Evaluate prospects to determine their fit and readiness for the company's services, ensuring they meet predefined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, tracking progress and outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors in the U.S. to identify new opportunities and provide feedback to the team.

At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to the U.S. market.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage U.S.-based prospects effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Availability to work during U.S. business hours to align with client schedules.
Preferrably with 2 years of experience in the US Market and IT Industry
