JOB OVERVIEW

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving growth and generating new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with prospects, and scheduling meetings for our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and consistent follow-up to guide them through the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to create and implement targeted strategies and campaigns aimed at generating leads and converting them into customers.
- Coordinate qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.

What We Look For:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to track leads and manage pipeline.
- Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills, with a growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and overcome obstacles in the sales process.

- Starting rate of $2.5 per hour + $300 incentive per closed deal (Raise opportunities will be provided depending on performance)
