Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. The SDR will play a key role in the growth of our business by identifying potential customers and nurturing relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and research potential leads using various tools and resources.
-Reach out to prospects through phone calls,
-Qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements.
-Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
-Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
-Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
