POSITION SUMMARY

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating and nurturing leads, helping to drive growth and revenue for our agency. You'll work remotely and have access to comprehensive training and management support. We hope to continue building this team over time, and there is potential to hire more than one candidate at a time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads by following a set criteria and recipe.
2. Create and maintain a pipeline of leads through emails and LinkedIn.
3. Collaborate with the CEO and sales teams to develop and execute lead-generation strategies.
4. Maintain accurate lead interaction records using a Tracker in Google Sheets.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
6. Utilize a highly structured, repetitive process for lead qualification and nurturing.
7. Ability to identify and remove any wrong-fit leads from LinkedIn.
8. Very strong ability to perforUpgrade to see actual infochanized, highly repetitive tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

-Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.
-Excellent English communication skills (written AND spoken).
-Results-oriented and detail-oriented.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upgrade to see actual info, and Dripify
-Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
-High-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-Laptop specs:
OS: 64-bit Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i5-6000
Memory: 8GB RAM/ 16GB RAM (recommended)
