Our agency is 14 years old, and we’re a team of 22. We’ve always worked from home (WFH) and there are no plans ever to have a physical office because we enjoy the flexibility WFH provides. Our team is spread out across all time zones in the United States — we even have teammates who live in the United Kingdom and the Philippines.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating and nurturing leads, helping to drive growth and revenue for our agency. You'll work remotely and have access to comprehensive training and management support. We hope to continue building this team over time and there is potential to hire more than one candidate at a time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads by following a set criteria and recipe.
Create and maintain a pipeline of leads through
Collaborate with the CEO and sales teams to develop and execute lead-generation strategies.
Maintain accurate lead interaction records using a Tracker in Google Sheets.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Utilize a highly structured, repetitive process for lead qualification and nurturing.
Ability to identify and remove any wrong-fit leads from LinkedIn.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.
-Excellent English communication skills (written AND spoken).
-Results-oriented and detail-oriented.
-Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
-Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-High-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace.
