We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. If you have a solid background in marketing and excel at lead generation and nurturing, this role is perfect for you. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and warming up leads, managing outbound call campaigns, and setting up appointments for our account executive. If you're proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a talent for sales, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing and Management:
Pull and clean lists of potential leads.
Source qualified leads and warm them up for further engagement.
Accurately categorize and update leads in the CRM.
Outbound Calling:
Execute outbound call campaigns using cleaned lead lists.
Aim to generate 5 to 10 responses per day from qualified and warm leads.
Track and report on the performance of call campaigns.
Lead Qualification:
Engage with leads over the phone to assess their needs and determine their level of interest.
Pass qualified and warm leads to the account executive for further action.
Appointment Setup:
Schedule appointments for qualified leads using Calendly or similar tools.
Coordinate with the account executive to ensure seamless scheduling.
Marketing Expertise:
Apply marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and engagement.
Qualifications:
Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication.
Proven experience in marketing, sales development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of lead generation and outbound calling.
Proven and result driven working experience in the sales field.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Work Independently, with little supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
