Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative/ Sales
Assistant to join our sales team. This role is instrumental in converting leads into booked
consultations and sales for our SEO services and digital products. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in sales and customer engagement, with a proven track record of
meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
? Reach out to warm leads via phone calls and emails to encourage booking of Growth
Consultations, webinar attendees, and purchasing digital products.
? Develop and implement effective automated sales sequences to maximize lead
conversion.
? Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity.
? Qualifying leads to ensure they meet our criteria to move into our sales pipeline
? Work closely with the sales team to refine sales strategies and tactics based on lead
behavior and market trends.
? Provide timely feedback to the Head of Sales/CEO regarding sales performance and
lead engagement insights.
? Ensure all communications uphold the company’s brand standards and client
service excellence.
? Create and revise sales scripts based on testing and performance
