SALES DEVELOPMENT, ASSISTANT

REMOTE | PART-TIME | M-F 8AM - 12PM CST (UTC-6)

Are you an amazing administrative assistant with a passion for sales, sales development, or business development? Are you a highly organized self-starter, punctual, with a long-term attitude? If yes, we have a great opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Sales Development Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support to our Sales Development team. This position is eligible to convert into full-time.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Jordan Technology is a very small but rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider offering IT, Cybersecurity, and Website Design & Development services to businesses across the United States. We are a 100% remote-based team.

DESCRIPTION
As a Sales Development Assistant, you will be the backbone of our Sales Development team and assist our sales staff with administrative, clerical, lead follow-up, vendor relations, and other sales-related administrative tasks to keep sales operations flowing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow up with outdated leads on behalf of our SDRs (phone, email)
• Assist with quotes, proposals, scope of work, and post-sales material.
• Perform notetaking during sales teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings as needed. (phone, video)
• Assist in developing organization processes to streamline sales development operations.
• Manage schedules, calendars, bookings, and inbound lead assignments.
• Perform brief discovery and qualification calls for inbound leads (phone, video)
• Perform updates and adjustments within our Sales CRM.
• Update lead profiles in HubSpot after every SDR interaction.
• Stay informed with all SDR emails and lead progression.
• Handle sales administrative duties as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ years of experience as an Administration Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• 1+ years of experience conducting sales discovery and/or qualification calls.
• Excellent written and spoken English (US/English).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn fast and work independently without direction.
• Ability to perform sales demo presentations.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Comfort with daily phone and video communications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience quoting tools.
• Familiarity with SDR, BDR, and AEs.
• Familiarity with IT, Cybersecurity or Websites.
