Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

2. Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear performance expectations and targets for the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Collaborate with the client services team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

4. Sales Operations:
• Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Implement and optimize sales processes and systems for efficiency.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business
objectives.
• Provide feedback to product development based on market needs and client feedback.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between sales and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the BPO industry (X years).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of BPO industry trends, services, and client needs
