Position Title: Sales Demand Generation Specialist
Company: Tech Guru – IT for Accounting Firms
Location: Remote

Job Mission:
As a Sales Demand Generation Specialist, your mission is to drive growth and maximize revenue by strategically generating demand for our products/services through targeted marketing initiatives. By leveraging your expertise in LinkedIn and compelling copywriting, you will capture the attention of potential clients, cultivate meaningful relationships, and inspire action. Your deep understanding of accounting principles will enable you to speak the language of our clients, providing tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Role Objectives:
Demand Generation:
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to generate demand for our products/services, utilizing LinkedIn as a primary platform
• Ensure all new clients align with our core values, are the right fit, and contribute to profitability
Copywriting:
• Create compelling and engaging copy for reaching out on LinkedIn, various marketing materials, and emails
Market Research:
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform our marketing and sales strategies
Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales and marketing to align efforts and optimize lead generation and conversion processes
Metrics Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts and make data-driven decisions

About You:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration: A solid educational foundation in accounting, business administration, or a related field provides the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on demand generation: Demonstrated success in previous roles where you were responsible for generating demand for products or services is essential. This includes experience in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, utilizing various channels to reach target audiences, and achieving measurable results.
• Mastery of LinkedIn for business development and lead generation: Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn as a strategic tool for business development and lead generation is crucial. This includes expertise in optimizing profiles, building and nurturing connections, participating in groups and discussions, and utilizing LinkedIn's advertising and messaging features effectively.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen attention to detail: Strong written communication skills are paramount for crafting compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences. This includes the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for various marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of Accountants and accounting software: A background or familiarity with accounting software provides valuable insight into the financial considerations and decision-making processes of potential clients. This understanding enables you to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services in terms of cost savings, ROI, and other financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders. This includes the ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
