Hong Kong Timezone - Monday to Friday, and Half Day on Saturday

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Dealer Development to join our remote team and contribute to our growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and managing our dealer network, selling Electric Vehicles and motorcycles, consumables, and accessories.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in your assigned region, the Philippines. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to handle follow-ups efficiently.
Responsibilities
Dealer Network Development:
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and dealers to expand our distribution network.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client and dealer needs and market trends.
• Create strategies to recruit, onboard, and maintain a strong network of clients and dealers across the Philippines.
• Effectively researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contact potential clients and dealers on the phone, by
Sales and Account Management:
• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively selling Electric vehicles and motorcycles, consumables, and accessories to clients and dealers.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals to dealers and clients.
• Provide excellent account management, cultivate long-term relationships, and respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Industry Knowledge:
• Possess a good understanding of the automotive and motorcycle industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and as needed, adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Provide feedback on market needs, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Travels:
• Travel within the Philippines to meet with clients, and dealers, and attend industry events.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and introduce new products to potential clients and dealers.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance.
• Participate in weekly Sales review and planning.
• Maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports, customer databases, and activity logs.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales strategies, and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• With at least one (1) year of experience as a Sales Manager within the motorcycle industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to establish and maintain relationships with clients and dealers.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
• Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao depending on the region the candidate is located) for client meetings and industry events.
Essential Requirements for Remote Work:
• Reliable Laptop or Desktop Computer.
• Stable and high-speed internet connection.
• Power source and backup internet connection in case of electricity interruptions.
