Sales / Customer Support VA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Calling, Sales, and Customer Support Specialist who can provide exceptional service across multiple channels while driving sales growth. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy helping customers, and have a knack for cross-selling, we'd love to hear from you!

The starting wage is PHP 16,000 FT, with opportunities for pay increases, benefits, bonuses, and commissions within the business.

Job Title: Sales / Customer Support Virtual Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time PROJECT BASED - 3 Months
Salary: PHP 16,000/month + 13th month FT
Required Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Sydney, NSW business hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, flexible: 8 AM - 4 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM)

Responsibilities:
Manage and support Sales and Customer Service email inboxes.
Cross-sell services through calls, emails, and campaigns across the business.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and Google reviews.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Ensure all activities are accurately entered into the CRM system to improve reporting and data discipline.
Provide timely responses to Retail Customer Experience comments.

Requirements:
Strong spoken and written English skills.
Sales or customer support experience (Call Center experience preferred).
Knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
Data entry and CRM management experience.
Diligent, honest, and with a proactive approach to work.
Keen attention to detail and a drive for excellence.
