Sales / Customer Success Agent

We are a promotional products company that makes custom clothing and other products for big brands such as Budweiser, Red Bull, Warner Brothers, Google, Facebook, etc.

We are a sustainable brand planting one tree for every item we make.

We need a sales / customer success agent to assist our clients through the sales cycle. Our process is quite straight-forward but we need someone with a lot of attention to detail.

Role will include:
- Answering customer queries very promptly and accurately
- Helping understand client requirements
- Sending design requests to our graphic design team
- Engaging with clients to ensure they get what they need
- Raising invoices and accepting payment
- Sending orders to our production team
- Keeping clients informed on progress
- Mostly we work online via email, occasional phone calls may be required

The ideal candidate:
- Excellent English
- Very organised and responsible
- Good with Excel
- Any experience using Hubspot would be an advantage but not required

You must have previous experience in a customer service / sales role

Standard working hours are 9am - 5.30pm Eastern Time with 30 minutes for lunch.
