Join a fast-growing US online home goods retailer and enjoy the flexibility that comes with working remotely.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Earn Base Salary and Sales Commissions on each sale you make - the best of both worlds!

In this role, you will be assigned to an 8-hour shift (6 days a week, including graveyard shifts), where you will be responsible for managing:

-Incoming phone calls
-Live chat interactions
-Emails
-Follow-ups with customers

Your primary task will be to assist customers with their purchases from our store. We need someone driven to close sales and who excels at engaging with customers to finalize high-ticket transactions online.

Key Responsibilities:

SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE TASKS:

-Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
-Conduct thorough follow-ups on warm leads and pending sales
-Provide personalized discounts and prepare sales quotes
-Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
-Collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment on goals and tasks
-Maintain clear and detailed documentation of your work in ASANA, ensuring transparency and updates on all tasks

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TASKS:

-Research potential suppliers that align with our store’s product offerings and values
-Initiate outreach to potential suppliers via personalized emails or calls to introduce our store and establish dealer accounts
-Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, delivery, and payments to secure mutually beneficial partnerships
-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding of new suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Excellent spoken English and confidence in phone communication
-1+ years of sales experience (please describe your sales experience to apply)
-A proactive approach to meeting goals and taking ownership of tasks
-Comfortable working in a structured environment with clear direction from management
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust to customer needs
-Having Work-From-Home setup that ensures proper noise cancellation. and power outage backup
-Familiarity with Shopify and ASANA is a plus
