JOB OVERVIEW

Sales Customer Service Representative (AU hours, fully remote)

Whilst this role is home based, we only hire in Manila or nearby areas as the team has monthly, in-person meetings.


We’re a growing industrial supplier in Sydney that is building a national reputation for supplying quality industrial, maintenance and safety supplies backed by great service.

We need an intelligent team player to work with our remote team in Manila in close coordination with our office in Sydney. You will enjoy a professional working environment where you have much autonomy and opportunity to help develop processes.

Core tasks:

Following up quotations - will involve emailing, communication directly with clients / suppliers and liaising with our Sales team.

Assist in market research, data analysis and helping with effective Sales Strategies

Quote customers while driving profit margins

Work alongside customers to ensure they have an amazing experience and successful order through our platform

Receiving Customer & Supplier Phone Calls

Provide to Comms Team assistance on Customer Calls as needed

Contacting Suppliers via phone & email for product availability & pricing

Manage all communications related to customer orders and queries

Communicate with Customers and Suppliers resolve order issues and/or amendments

Handle ordering task on selected suppliers

Generate required reports

Work in special projects and other Ad hoc tasks as the need arise

Training will be provided to support our Sales Team with Systems, Sales and Product awareness

Manage warranties and Return from Customer, Return to Vendor

Provide assistance to the Comms Team on Customer Calls as needed

This team operates as an integral part of the business. Pay is processed weekly, and the 13th month is paid.
