The Details
Job Location: Remote, work from home.
Company Location: Australia
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Salary: 55,000-60,000 PhP / month + Paid Leave
Ideal Hours: 6am-2pm (PHT)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Lead Management:
Respond promptly to new leads via
Track, manage, and nurture leads in HubSpot to ensure consistent follow-up.
Provide regular reports on lead conversions and identify improvement opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Conduct follow-ups after first lessons to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Perform regular client check-ins at key milestones to maintain engagement.
Implement retention campaigns and strategies to encourage renewals.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services like holiday programs or extra subjects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute upselling campaigns.
Social Media Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms.
Engage with online forums and communities to increase brand visibility.
Sales Materials & Campaigns:
Create and refine sales materials, including
Organize and execute webinars, workshops, and seasonal campaigns to generate leads and drive client engagement.
Software skills
Proficient: HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ChatGPT, Social Media Platforms, Asana or any project management tools.

A MINIMUM 3-4 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
An ability to meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and retention.
Experience using CRM tools, like HubSpot, to manage leads and client interactions.
The ability to identify client needs and match them with the right services.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills to manage your tasks and meet goals with ease.
A focus on results, with the ability to analyze your work and refine strategies.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
