JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
The Sales Closer will engage with parents to discuss Gifted Gabber’s educational programs and counseling services. This role is focused on building meaningful connections with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales by highlighting the value of our programs. The Closer should possess strong sales acumen and be comfortable in a consultative sales environment, guiding parents to make informed decisions for their children’s educational paths.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with parents through scheduled calls and consultations to discuss program offerings.
Listen actively to understand each family’s educational goals, concerns, and unique needs.
Present Gifted Gabber’s programs in a way that highlights benefits and addresses any concerns.
Handle objections with empathy, offering solutions that align with the family's needs.
Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to stay updated on program features and client feedback.
Track sales performance metrics and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably within education or service-based industries.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centered approach.
Excellent communication and active listening skills to build rapport with parents.
Goal-oriented and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
