Sales Closer for YouTube Agency Business

We’re hiring a part-time Sales Closer to take sales calls during US business hours. You’ll follow our proven sales process, use our script, and help turn interested leads into clients. You’ll start with 1–2 calls a day and can grow into full-time as we scale.

About Us:
We run a YouTube content agency that helps other businesses grow on YouTube. We get leads from Upwork, email, and YouTube — now we need someone to help close those leads into paying clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Take inbound sales calls
- Follow our script and handle objections
- Build quick rapport and close deals
- Keep notes and track follow-ups
- Watch call recordings to improve

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident, calm, and good at listening
- Can follow directions and think on your feet
- Honest and wants to help clients
- Sales experience is a plus (especially high-ticket)

Pay:
- Commission only: 10% of sales you close
- Offers range from $2,000–$6,000 ? $200–$600 per sale
- More sales = more income

Work Hours:
- Pick whatever works for you
- US business hours
- Full night shift: 9 PM – 5 AM PH time
- Late Shift: 9 PM – 2 AM PH time
- Early Shift: 5 AM – 9 AM PH time
