JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join Clean Solutions, a professional cleaning company serving corporate clients. Your primary role will be to convert leads into long-term commercial cleaning contracts by reaching out to decision-makers at offices, property management firms, and corporate buildings.

Earn a base salary + performance-based commissions per closed deal!

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone calls) to corporate clients.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Present & pitch Clean Solutions' services in discovery calls.
- Negotiate pricing & close contracts for office cleaning services.
- Track lead progress in CRM & report on sales performance.
- Work closely with the operations team to onboard new corporate clients.

Compensation Package (Base + Commission)
Base Salary: $600 - $1,200 USD/month (based on experience)

Commission Per Closed Deal:
- 10% of the first month’s contract value (for new corporate clients).
- 5% on contract renewals (if they continue service).

Example Earnings Potential:
- $3,000/month corporate contract ? You earn $300 (10%)
- $7,500/month large corporate contract ? You earn $750 (10%)
- Renewal of a $5,000/month contract ? You earn $250 (5%)

Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, high-ticket closing, or commercial service sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals & meeting sales targets.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong negotiation & objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach & follow-ups.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):

- Experience in facility management, cleaning services, or corporate sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.).
