Key Responsibilities
Manage Lead/Client Pipeline Effectively
Utilize company provided tools to determine appropriate offers.
Negotiate terms and conditions
Maintain robust client files and make thorough notes
Prepare client handoff to Dispositions department after closing

What do we offer
Competitive Pay
$1,000 USD base salary, Plus $300 / deal close.(Uncapped Commissions)
Expected MINIMUM 5 Closed Deals per month.
MINIMUM on target earning Potential $2500 USD per month

Preferred Experience
B2C Direct sales experience 5-10 years
Remote/Phone sales 5-10 years
Any real estate (not required but a plus)
