JOB OVERVIEW

Sweet2Elite is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a proven ability to close deals over the phone, via video calls, and online platforms. The ideal candidate has expertise in digital product sales, a strong command of CRM tools, automation systems, and online communication platforms, and the ability to convert qualified leads into paying customers efficiently.

The Sales Closer will play a key role in driving revenue, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead to customer. The role includes a competitive base pay with commission and performance incentives, rewarding individuals who excel in a high-conversion sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct consultative sales calls and virtual meetings with potential customers.
? Build relationships with leads, understand their pain points, and position Sweet2Elite’s digital products and services as the ideal solution.
? Overcome objections and implement persuasive sales strategies to close deals efficiently.
? Manage and track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion rates within the company’s CRM.
? Maintain a strong understanding of Sweet2Elite’s products, services, and brand messaging to communicate effectively with prospects.
? Utilize email, SMS, and online communication tools to engage leads and drive sales.
? Implement automated follow-up sequences and leverage sales technology to enhance the conversion process.
? Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
? Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to enhance the customer experience and optimize the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in closing sales, preferably in digital products, coaching programs, or high-ticket online services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional approach.
Experience in phone sales, video sales, and online closing strategies.
Ability to identify customer objections, provide solutions, and drive conversions effectively.

? Trello (Task & Deal Tracking)
? Slack (Team Communication & Sales Coordination)
? ManyChat (Chatbot Engagement & Automated Follow-Ups)
? Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Email Management)
? Payment Processing Platforms (Stripe & PayPal for Closing Sales)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure successful deal closure.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently while achieving sales goals.

Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales closing, particularly in coaching, eCommerce, digital marketing, or SaaS industries.
Background in consultative sales and high-conversion sales techniques.
Familiarity with sales psychology, persuasion techniques, and effective negotiation strategies.
Comfortable working within a commission-based incentive structure alongside base pay.
