Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.

Sales Coaching and Development:
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales tea
Identify individual strengths and weaknesses and develop tailored training plans.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Execution:
Directly handle complex sales deals and negotiations.
Identify potential sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Close deals and exceed sales targets.
Team Management:
Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales tea
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Manage team performance and address any issues promptly.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure adherence to sales processes and procedures.
Monitor sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales leadership and management.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
