Responsibilities:
Campaign Oversight:
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights.
Monitor campaigns in real-time to ensure KPIs and client expectations are consistently met.
Quality Assurance:
Regularly listen to call recordings to ensure adherence to scripts and quality standards.
Provide constructive feedback to improve agent performance and client outcomes.
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Administrative Support:
Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements for clients.
Coordinate and oversee onboarding for new campaigns, ensuring a smooth start.
Strategic Support:
Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and recommend strategies for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions where applicable.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting reports and data.
Previous experience in telemarketing, campaign management, or client relations is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Compensation and Growth Opportunities:
