What You Will Be Doing

Sales and Lead Generation

Make outbound calls and build connections with potential clients
Set appointments and follow up with leads
Engage confidently and build rapport with prospects
Work on both B2B and B2C outreach

Virtual Assistant and CRM Management

Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally
Maintain and update our CRM system for tracking leads and follow-ups
Organize schedules, emails, and administrative tasks
Assist in streamlining our business systems for efficiency

Client Relations and Business Development

Build and maintain strong client relationships
Work with leadership to improve strategies and outreach efforts
Support marketing initiatives such as social media, emails, and event coordination

What We Are Looking For

Fluent in English with strong communication skills
At least one year of sales or cold calling experience preferred
CRM and business system knowledge preferred (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new systems
Reliable, dedicated, and looking for a long-term position

Work Schedule and Compensation

Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $7 per hour plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses
Location: Remote, work from anywhere with a stable internet connection
