Sales / Caller / SDR / BDR Associate

We are a recently launched European based start-up operating in a niche sector within financial research. We launched at the start of May with several hires from this site and now have so much work that we need to hire more!

** We are looking for candidates with the following: **

- Strong experience with recruiting passive candidates OR outbound calling OR sales experience (we need someone that has experience going after candidates OR leads, not waiting for them to respond to a job advert/post)

- Strong level of competitiveness - motivated by incentives (money) and wanting to win

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills

- Able to start soon & willingness to work US hours

- Must be available full-time (please note: this is not a role that can be done part-time or with other jobs, we will need your full attention and effort - there will be a lot of communication, training, support, and working together)

** Role: Executive Recruiter / Head Hunter **

- Recruit across all industries with a focus on Europe under tight deadlines using search tools such as LinkedIn
- Recruit for shorter term engagements, not full roles
- Reaching out to candidates by phone and email, screening them, and presenting them
- Recruit on multiple projects at the same time e.g., surgeons, marketing directors, procurement managers
- Work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects
- Opportunity to manage investor clients and run projects on your own after 6-12 months
