Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Caller to generate leads and cold call potential clients for business owners based in Canada and the U.S. You will play a key role in connecting with prospects, setting appointments, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads
Engage and qualify prospects over the phone
Set appointments for business owners and sales teams
Maintain a CRM with detailed call notes and follow-ups
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales calling, lead generation, or telemarketing
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally
Ability to work independently and stay motivated
Experience using CRM tools and lead management software
Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) in EST time zone
