???? About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, self-motivated Sales Caller to support our Real Producers sales team by making semi-warm calls and setting appointments with leads. You will be a key part of our outreach process, helping us build connections and grow revenue.

???? Responsibilities
Make semi-warm outbound calls to real estate leads and business professionals.
Build rapport and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain accurate notes and lead tracking in our CRM system.
Follow up on inquiries and leads with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Assist in keeping the sales calendar and CRM data up to date.

?? What We’re Looking For
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong phone presence and comfortable making calls daily
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Self-starter who can work independently with little supervision
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a big plus
Familiarity with CRMs (GHL) and tools like Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
We’re not looking to micromanage — we need a confident self-starter who takes initiative, speaks up when something is unclear, and communicates proactively. If you're shy or need constant direction, this role likely won’t be the right fit.

? Schedule & Compensation
? Calling within business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
???? $7.00 - $9.00 per hour (USD), based on experience
