Sales Call Representative

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and returning customers to introduce and promote our home decor products.
• Provide detailed responses to customer inquiries, helping them make informed purchase decisions.
• Customize sales pitches to meet each customer's unique needs and preferences.
• Accurately document customer interactions, orders, and important feedback in the system.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process orders with accuracy, ensuring that all customer details are correct and handled efficiently.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales goals, identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales outcomes, and any follow-up actions required.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience, ideally in an eCommerce setting.
• Proven experience with outbound sales calls and a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to work according to the US Time Zone.
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used for managing customer interactions.
• Self-driven and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
