Job Summary:
The Sales/Customer Success Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in driving TurFresh’s sales by handling inbound leads and promoting our pet turf cleaning services. This pure selling role requires excellent English communication skills, as you’ll be engaging with prospective clients, qualifying their needs, and building trust quickly. You’ll use CRM and mapping tools to track customer interactions, measure turf areas, and close sales, often on the first conversation. Success in this role hinges on your ability to deliver exceptional service, think on your feet, and build rapport with each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Sales Conversion: Communicate with prospective customers via text,
Lead Management and Follow-Up: Handle incoming sales calls and follow up on leads, ensuring customer satisfaction post-service and creating loyal relationships.
Needs Assessment and Turf Measurement: Qualify customer needs and measure turf areas using tools like Google Maps, Google Earth, Zillow, and Redfin.
CRM and Scheduling Management: Accurately use CRM and scheduling tools to manage leads, document customer interactions, and coordinate with the team.
Process Adherence: Follow a structured checklist for each interaction to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Key Skills:
Qualifying Needs: Ability to identify and understand the client’s specific service needs and recommend suitable options.
Trust-Building and Communication: Excellent English skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and calmly, establish rapport, and gain customer trust quickly.
Sales Closing: Skilled at closing sales on the first conversation, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Turf Measurement: Proficiency in using online tools for turf measurement and quoting service areas.
Adaptability and Coachability: Willing to follow structured processes and checklists, with the flexibility to think on your feet and respond effectively to customer questions.
Pet Lover (Preferred): A genuine appreciation for pets is a bonus, as our services cater to pet owners.
30/60/90-Day and Post-Trial Metrics:
30 Days:
Goal: Complete onboarding and sales training, gain proficiency in CRM and turf measurement tools.
Measurement: Successful completion of training, CRM accuracy, and quality of initial customer interactions.
Success Indicator: Effectively engages with customers, demonstrates an understanding of TurFresh services, and accurately uses CRM and measurement tools.
60 Days:
Goal: Independently handle inbound leads, meeting initial sales conversion and response time targets.
Measurement: Lead conversion rate and timely response to all inquiries.
Success Indicator: Converts leads independently, meets response time standards, and delivers high-quality customer interactions with minimal supervision.
90 Days:
Goal: Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Measurement: Customer satisfaction surveys, monthly sales performance metrics.
Success Indicator: Manages customer relationships effectively, consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets, and actively contributes to revenue growth.
Post-Trial:
Goal: Maintain a strong conversion rate, enhance follow-up efficiency, and foster customer loyalty.
Measurement: Customer retention rate, lead conversion rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
