Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with
proven experience in lead generation, sales, and CRM management (HubSpot & Zendesk).
This role is responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals to drive revenue
growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through cold calls,
outreach methods.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads, update records, and optimize pipelines.
• Use Zendesk to manage customer interactions and ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Research industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation efforts.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, including cold calling and closing deals.
• Expertise in HubSpot CRM and familiarity with other tools like Salesforce and

Preferred Qualifications
• Background in healthcare sales is a plus.
• Experience making 150–250 cold calls daily.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable remote setup: high-speed internet (50+ Mbps), noise-canceling headset,
webcam, and backup equipment.
• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
