Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients and markets within the digital marketing and SEO industry.
2. Generate leads and develop relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
3. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions in SEO, and other related services offered by the agency.
4. Collaborate with the agency's and deliver persuasive initial sales pitches to potential clients.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential strategies for the agency.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as account management, creative, and technical teams to ensure efficiency.

Skills Required:
1. 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing and SEO industry.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO strategies, and related services.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential and effectively articulate our value
proposition.
4. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication.
5. Ability to create compelling sales pitches tailored to specific prospect personas.
6. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
7. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. A self-starter with proven success cold calling at multiple levels within an organization

Shift Time: 8.00 AM EST to 4.00 PM EST
