Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Outreach:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers who are planning a move.
- Understand customer needs, including moving dates, locations, and size of the move.
• Price Quote Coordination:
- Provide customers with competitive price quotes from multiple partnered moving companies.
- Clearly explain the benefits, costs, and features of each option to help customers make an informed decision.
• Customer Engagement:
- Build trust and rapport by actively listening to customers and addressing their questions or concerns.
- Highlight the value of comparing quotes to ensure cost-effective and efficient moving solutions.
• Database Management:
- Record detailed information about customer inquiries and call outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure accurate follow-ups and maintain an organized record of quotes provided.
• Collaboration:
- Coordinate with partnered moving companies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes.
- Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve service offerings.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service at least 2 years is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions daily.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Work Ethic: Motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in handling objections or challenging calls.
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
