As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in guiding customers through a unique, value-driven process that combines auto refinancing, credit repair, and vehicle protection certification—helping them improve their financial health, secure better rates, and protect their investment. We provide you with qualified leads, a CRM system, and a softphone system to help you efficiently close sales and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate potential customers on the powerful benefits of our process, which combines auto refinancing, credit repair, and vehicle protection certification.
Generate sales using qualified leads provided by the company, reaching out via phone and
Walk customers through the entire process, explaining how refinancing can lower their payments, how credit repair can improve their financial standing, and how certifying protection for their vehicle adds peace of mind.
Understand customer needs by listening carefully to their concerns about high payments, poor credit, and the risks of insufficient vehicle protection. Match them with the best solution.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients, guiding them toward financial improvement while ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Close sales and ensure clients are set up for success by following up on their progress and providing continuous guidance.
Utilize the provided CRM system to track all interactions with clients and keep accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, sales, and client progress.
Use the softphone system to make and receive calls, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective communication, relationship-building, and solution-based selling.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience (preferably in finance, auto industry, insurance, or related fields).
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Proven success in solution-based sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of the auto refinancing process and the value of credit repair.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills—able to explain complex concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
Ability to identify customer pain points, such as high auto payments, poor credit, or lack of vehicle protection, and offer tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, softphone systems, and Microsoft Office or other relevant sales tools.
