Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our fast growing sales team. This role is ideal for a high potential, high growth sales individual contributor, looking to grow into a managerial role. Despite that, we will consider all relevant backgrounds & experiences.

As a Sales Associate, your role breaks down into 3 functions:

Delivering Client Value: Directly execute and close client deals; primarily focused on inbound.
Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating strong sales and negotiation skills.
Stay customer-focused: Understand customers' needs, preferences, and buying behaviors to offer personalized solutions and exceptional customer service.
Continuously improve sales skills: Actively seek self-improvement by staying updated on sales methodologies, attending sales training programs, and seeking feedback from supervisors or colleagues.

Interview Process
30 minute chats with leadership & cross-functional partners. Interviews will consist of
1-2 questions: Behavioral questions (e.g. tell me about a time when you had to sell a product)
1-2 questions: Situational questions (e.g. imagine you joined the team. How would you sell us a service?)

Qualifications (Note: Not required. If you’re passionate about the role & our mission then please apply)
1-3 years of B2B or B2C selling experience
Prior knowledge and experience in creating & building sales pitches
Process and change management experience is a plus, but not required
