Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional who specializes in janitorial and maintenance services to join our team as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our commercial janitorial cleaning services to a broad range of industries and companies.

In addition to having a strong communication skills, the ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of the industry, customer preferences, and excellent organizational abilities. Excellent communication and networking skills are also essential for this role.

The territory will be New York and Miami.


New Business Development - Prospecting, RFP and Quote Preparation:
Develop new customer relationships (identify and procure) by utilizing networking, prospecting, existing database, referrals, and cold calling methods
Meet with management regarding approval of prospects and perform conflict check on new prospects
Conduct client outreach and nurturing via phone, email, and face-to-face video communication
Manage all pricing related activities
Nurture client relationships if clients are not ready for our services
